§ 1. What we collect

Account info (email, name), digest preferences (topics, schedule, format), usage data (open rates, feedback), payment data (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number).

§ 2. How we use it

Generating your personalised digest, improving source quality and digest accuracy, billing and customer support, product analytics (aggregate, anonymised).

§ 3. Who we share it with

Anthropic (Claude API, for digest generation — content only, not your account info), Resend (email delivery — your email address), Stripe (billing — your payment data), Supabase (database hosting — encrypted at rest), PostHog and Microsoft Clarity (product analytics and session replay — we mask all form inputs so emails, codes and payment fields never enter recordings), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic). We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

§ 4. Data retention

Active account data is retained while your account is active. Digest history is retained for 12 months. Deleted account data is removed within 30 days.

§ 5. Your rights

Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time via Settings or by emailing privacy@pijon.io. To request a copy of your digest history, email privacy@pijon.io and we'll send it within 7 days.
