By creating an account or using Pijon, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

§ 2. Service description

Pijon is an AI-powered news digest service. We generate personalised briefings based on the topics, sources, and schedule you configure. We make no warranty that any specific news event will be covered in any specific edition.

§ 3. User accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts are personal — don't share them. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

§ 4. Acceptable use

Don't use Pijon to generate, store, or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service. Don't use automated tools to scrape or excessively poll the service.

§ 5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods. Stripe processes all payments — their terms also apply.

§ 6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time via Settings.

§ 7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
